How they fit together

Each product stands on its own. Together they can cover the whole path of a request. Here is one, from question to answer.

  1. A customer asks about a delayed order in the chat on your website. A Helix agent picks up the conversation.
  2. The agent calls a model through AgentManager, which checks its key, its budget and your guardrails before routing the call.
  3. It retrieves your delivery policy from Arvenza DB, matching both the meaning of the question and the exact terms of the policy.
  4. It asks VGL which supplier the order depends on and who manages that account, straight from your ERP database and under the agent's own permissions.
  5. It answers with its sources and offers a refund, which waits in Helix for a person to approve it.
