dataformat connectors

Data-format transformation connectors. Each one accepts a payload, converts between formats, and emits the result. They are pure CPU work (no external service) — so you can drop them inline in a workflow to (de)serialise without writing Starlang transforms.

None of these connectors use external Go SDKs — they wrap Go stdlib (encoding/json, encoding/xml, etc.) or pure-Go format libraries.
