devops connectors

DevOps and CI/CD tool integrations. After the 2026-06-19 SDK migration, the five highest-traffic connectors (github, gitlab, jenkins, docker, git) all run on official Go SDKs instead of hand-rolled HTTP or shell-out. The remaining 7 are still on REST (none ship a canonical Go client upstream).
